Windows XP Wireless

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to setup the wireless settings ONCE in WinXP and have them for ANY user that logs in. I prefer not to have to setup the encryption for each profile and wanted to bypass this. Is this possible?

Just setup a new PC on my network. Encryption settings should reside on the wireless card install software. I got a cheap Belkin g with big antenna. Works pretty well.

Add another user and you will have to setup the wireless settings for them as well. I am trying to bypass this...
