Nvidia Driver Problem

Hi Bit Of A Start Up Problem, After Booting My Computer, When Windows Xp Starts...Also Does The Nvidia Windows 2000/XP Driver Setup......I Have Re-Installed The Drivers As Prompted (Or Rather Pushed Into) By The Setup Wizard Loading Every Time I Boot Windows But The Problem Still Persists....Has Anybody Else Had This Problem, Can Someone Please Help?

Go to start>run and type 'msconfig' without the quotes.

Click on the startup tab and uncheck the nvidia executable that keeps appearing on startup.

system restart

I have a system with following configuration:

Intel PIII D815EEA2 board
Intel 1 GHz processor
512 MB RAM
GeForce FX 5200 Card


i play need for speed most wanted after some time blue (error message) appears and my system restarts. When i finally boot my system again windows asks me to send error report as it recovered from a serious error. i sent it too many times and then it take my to microsoft webpage telling me that a device driver installed on my system asked windows to stop working. i have no other device problems and i have installed nvidia driver 91.31 Latest one i guess! Plz help!
