Question Help!!! This is driving me nuts!

Hi,

Been experiencing a problem when any of the (4) active users log off on XP Pro. The problem didn't exist when the operating system was first installed but has developed several months later. When a user logs off, the screen goes black for 20-30 seconds (or more) before returning to the user menu.....I've tried cleaning up the registry, etc....any ideas? Sometimes it's not bad, sometimes it's terrible....in any event, it's getting worse all the time!

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you,

Doug

Maybe you need to update your video drivers.

I've never heard of this one. Does the screen go blank or is it a black screen where you can see the mouse cursor?
