Program and file access for user accounts

Using XP home edition, I just created separate user accounts for my sister and I. We shared the My Documents folder but now I want to separate her files from mine. Is there a quick and easy way to transfer her files to the My Documents under her user account and to set what programs show up on her account? Feel free to direct me to a website already containing such info.

Rather than re-typing instructions that are all over the net for how to move files around, go to Google and do a search for "move files Windows" (without the quotes). You'll get over four million hits so there is plenty of help out there. Just choose the one that you find the easiest to follow.

Generally, making a program accessible by other user accounts entails putting a copy of the program's shortcut that's in your Start Menu folder into either the "All Users" Start Menu folder or the Start Menu folder of one specific account...in this case, your sister's.
