about mouse acceleration

u can get rid of mouse acceleration, but i dont wanna get rid of it
just tweak it to better for me;
very little movement on slow movement and normal other ways

i guess this is original diagram of xp's acceleration, not sure tho

but can any one please tell me how can i make my own acceleration, or test different values
