Outlook 2002

I recently upgraded to a new PC at work from Win2K/Outlook 2K to WinXPPro/2002. The print settings for a monthly calendar have changed. An all day event used to print out as reverse text (black background with white text). It's just a small box now. I want it to stick out like before.

How do I change this setting?

Also, if anyone knows how to create a file list like you used to in Outlook 2000, please let me know!
