Change in DVD icon etc.

What is wrong when the icon of the DVD drive on the Desk constantly changes its name to 9999999 (many numbers)? The computer has recently been infected by Korgo.V (removed by Norman anti-virus), can this be the cause? There are also problems with some games that do not start (but work well in other computers). Is this a possible consequence of the infection? OS XP HE SP2.
