You can either free up some disk space by uninstalling programs you never use, deleting files you don't need and running Disk Cleanup or you can disable the messge by using the registry edit on this page.

Disabling the message won't solve the problem that causes it to appear, which is that you're running out of space on the harddrive.

Another program you can use is the Disk Defragmenter. If you don't know to get to it, click the start button, select all programs, then go to accessories, then go to system tools, and the program should be there. Disk Defragmenter helps speed up loading times on the harddrive. Disk Defragmentation also causes that error message to come up.
