Start Menu

For some reason now when I click Start, Programs, the program list has dark and light grey selections. Doesn't really bother me except i don't remember doing anything to cause the change in appearance... and things that happen for no apparent reason always bother me. Using the Classic Start Menu but always have. Thanks for any info.

if you right click the start button, select properties, click customize next to where you have classic start menu selected,scroll the options list all the way down, remove the check from "use personalized menus" click apply and it will return to the way it was.
