First, about my system:
Processor: AMD Athalon K7 2200+ [2ghz]
MEM: 1gb
HD space: 690gb
video card: Radeon 9800 XT 256MB
OS: Win XP Pro SP2 (reinstalled 3 weeks ago)
Connection: 3.2mbit cable
whenever any streaming video is played in windows media player, it is completely miscolored and blocky
I have the latest version of WMP, and other video works fine on Realplayer. I use 32-bit color, and all drivers are up to date.
When I disable hardware acceleration (as I found I had to do to take a screenshot of WMP being all screwy), the image displays fine. Whats the prob here and how do i fix it?
