unplug everything the motherboard does not have to have to boot to a bios screen. floppy drive, cd drives, hard drive, mouse and keyboard. basically you will have a power supply connected to the motherboard, and monitor hooked to video...see if it post, it will give a error about no keyboard...and what ever else. if it still has no video unplug the power cord and clear the cmos settings with either the jumper or remove the battery(be carefull about static shock) try it again. still no go try a new cmos battery. if that dont get it,....it's either the motherboard has a bad cap or your power supply is dieing.
