installing windows xp home on another pc

hello,
about 6 months ago i installed windows xp home edition on my computer, but now I am getting a new one. Will I be able to install xp onto that with the same disc as I am short of money to buy it again????

it's not legal, but if the chipset is made by the same mfg, you might get lucky. if it activates you are in buisness.
