Microsoft Outlook signature image

Hello All,
I setup signature for my office e-mail account. In the signature next to my office number I setup small image of phone. when I send e-mails within the office network image gets carried but where as if I send/forward the email to any other accounts outside office outlook image doesn't get carried. Can somebody help.

Emails that go as HTML format can carry the picture/image for you so internally you are OK. There could two reason why you would loose the image.

- If your email server has policy of changing the email to Plain Text format then of course the image would be removed.

- If your email server does not have the policy then your receiver may have that policy to their email server so when their server receives it the it would strip the HTML code from it.

Did you ever resovle this?
Mine is similar: Images OK when mail is new, but FORWARD or REPY, and all there is is something like: OUTBIND://...nn//<image.name> with a placeholder box.
