Changing from domain to workgroup and back

I changed a computer that was part of a domain to be part of a workgroup. After doing so, I was no longer able to access my computer. What can I do to get back to the domain or at least log into my computer?

obviously every computer has at least one local profile (Administrator), when you change from domain to work group the it mean you no longer trying to connect to domain and no longer using the domain profile created on your computer.....so when you get to login screen, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice rapidly and then you could login as local Administrator (Make sure you click on Option button and change the setting to local computer first)

I tried using the Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice rapidly trick, but there was no change. Also, When I select the options button, the only thing that changes is that the shutdown option appears. Usually we can choose a domain (like Log on to this Computer), but none of that appears.
