Cant Acess Add/remove Programs!

sumone please help me! i cannot access my add/remove programs! the error message is... "Parser Message" "Value Creation Failed " at line 521." i have no idea what this means so sum1 please help me!!! i have windows xp...

Try changing your windows theme back to the original.
