RealPlayer won't install windows xp
Tried to install RealPlayer. It worked - played music and all. But then attempted update but update failed. Then I deleted that version of RealPlayer so as to download and install new version RealPlayer version 10. Tried over and over but it wouldn't install. My XP is French, but the displayed message I got which I translate here goes something like this :
"you don't have administrative access within the registers of windows. Contact your administrator to install RealPlayer" Now even the old version of RealPlayer won't play music.
What to do? Thanks in advance
