user accounts

is there anyway
where i can limit user accounts that are not administator accounts from saving documents and installing programs in windows XP home edition?

If that is a Windows XP Pro system then it should be very easy.... to begin with, regular user account does not have the rights to install program so may be you should look again if your user account is a regular user or Admin !!!

Then go to "RUN" and type in "gpedit.msc" -> ENTER... That should take you to Group Policy Editor... Under User Configuration / Administrative Template / System you could change all kinds of setting to limit users.
