Remove a program on XP

I am trying to remove "Rio Internet Update" on my PC. Whenever I try to uninstall it using "Add or Remove Programs" it starts uninstalling and then i get "Fatal Error 2738". How do i remove it?I installed it on www.rio.com, it came with the Rio Music Manager program. I have Window XP home Edition SP2
