network printer through Remote Desktop

Here at my job, we have a UTAX network-ready printer that is connected with its own ip address on the network. When I (winXpSP1) connect to our remote server (win2003) by "Remote Desktop", I want the programs on that server to be able to print to the UTAX. How do I do this? Thanks

Well I would presume you simply add the printer as normal while you are on the Remote Server.

If it is Win2003 then make sure you have the correct drivers for that printer.
