Same problem

All - this drives me NUTS! i have exact same problem - outbound connections work fine, inbound ones do not work at all (including ping). I see that arp resolves IP to Mac correctly on the machine i am pinging from.

Let me know if there's answer or solution for that

Damn VPN!!

The problem is solved by switching Cisco VPN service off
