If you can see any of the window's title-bar, just right-click on it, hold down the mouse-button and drag to the left. When it's where you want it, let go of mouse button.

Sorry. It's RIGHT-CLICK and hold, not left-click!

And if you can't see any of the title-bar, try this:

1. left click anywhere on the Desktop and choose 'Properties'.

2. Click the 'settings' tab.

3. Move the screen-resolution slider to the right to increase it.
The actual amount you increase it to depends on what the current setting is - just make sure it's higher than that and click 'OK'. Remember the current setting so you can easily change it back again.

4. Everything on screen will now be smaller, but the half-hidden window should now be at least visible enough to get hold of it's title-bar and drag it as I explained earlier.

5. Now go back and turn the resolution down to it's original setting.
