computer crashed after system restore

I was doing a system restore in my other comp , and it restarted the comp and first took me to a screen giving the choice to start in safe mode, normally etc..

I tried normaly, and safe but it still keeps taking me to a blank black screen.. nothing more.

Is there anyway I can fix this and get to Windows?
