help me with Windows XP desktop icon colour

How do i change the text colour of the desktop icons in windows xp pro?? I knew how to do it in windows 98 but i dont find it in windows xp. please help. i can only use dark backgrounds cus the text is white

stick a drop shadow on the text then you can see it
