DAP : Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error

Please Help.
I have 2 user profiles: guest & limited.
I recently installed Default Accelerator Plus 7.4 as Admin.
I configured it and it works fine when i'm in admin profile.

When i user guest/limited profiles, i'm not able to download anything using DAP. I get 'Internal Error!'.
When i close DAP, i get

Program/PROGRA~1\DAP\DAP.EXE


This application has requested runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

I have given full authority to the DAP folder and subfolder for both guest/limited profiles.
I've given full authority to DAP Registry key, download folder and temp folder used by DAP.
i know its not an application execution problem.
its something to do with internet where guest/limited do not have proper authority which DAP.exe is expecting.
When i tried to integrate DAP with IE, i get the message

Cannot integrate with IE. Are you sure IE is installed?
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Can anyone help me on this?

I am haveing the same problem!!! I've tried to reinstall DAP more than once, but nothing changed... HELP!!!!!

When you installed the program did you set it to be use on both accounts or just the Administrator account?
