I installed it but it didnt seem to work.

Do you think i should put the old soundcard in? The one that was origanly in it before?

The one i have in now it from a diff PC as i thought it was the soundcard at 1st.

The driver I have linked you to is for onboard sound, if you have a sound card installed, then you need the drivers for that make and model of sound card.

So what can i do?

Set up so the on board one works

or do i found out the main of the soundcard i have plugged in? :S

Check the name of the sound card, then we can look for drivers, you may have to Disable the onboard sound drivers, but for now just get the make and model of the sound card.

I recently set up a new monitor with internal speakers... (I dont have any other sound output device). I have read through this thread thourghly and tried many many suggestions to no avail.

hellow ppl.. i just ran the microsoft update on ma computer and all work fine now.. if some of you ppl still havin problems.. try updatin windows.. it worked for me,.!!!
