Set a Ststem Restore Point before installing each of these drivers just in case

Then go here to Dell http://support.euro.dell.com/support...&os=WW1&osl=EN

First install Chipset ( Intel Software Installation Utility ) then RESTART your comp

Second install Audio Driver AD1 198x

Hope this helps

Your board is an AsRock P4V88+ 1.0 with a Via Pt800 chipset

Set a System Restore Point before installing driver just in case

Then go here to AsRock http://www.asrock.com.tw/support/Download/dl_p4v88+.htm
you will find your driver under Audio

Hope this helps
