soo can u plz help me!

Need more information on your comp Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates.
http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

Check these out
Go to Control Panel / Sound & Audio Devices / Audio tab / Sound Playback – click on down arrow and check that the correct audio is selected. Typically the problem will be something “modem line 0 playback” has been substituted for the correct audio device.

Start / Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Component Services / a separate window will open – in left pane click Services(Local) / Scroll down to Windows Audio service / if the service is Disabled or Manual right click > select Properties > under Startup Type change to Automatic > click Apply > click Start > Reboot.

I really appreciate how you've helped everyone in this thread so far and was wondering if you could perhaps help me with a similar problem.

I could never understand why, but my sound no longer works. I can't hear any sound from my speakers. When I check my sound and audio devices under the Control Panel, it states that there is no audio device and lists "Modem #1 Line Playback" as the default playback device. When I try to change the volume controls, a message pops up saying there are no active mixer devices available. I've searched for a solution, but haven't seem to find one. Anyway, here is my computer information:
