It won't delete.

I was downloading a file over a file share program and when I found out it wouldn't work I attempted to delete it how ever it won't delete. I tried moving it out of the folder and it wouldn't delete. I emptied the folder except the two files that can't be deleted and they both read 0 KB when I put the cursor on them. But when I look at the folder's properties its reads 247 KB so this is wierd and I really want to get it off please respond A.S.A.P.

Okay well since I was doing homework during working on this thread I did not spend the time to look at related topics. I looked at the microsoft solution and found the problem and patched it up. Thanks anyway. P.S Sorry for taking up bandwith or space or w/e on the sight.
