Out of Memory error #7

Hi;

I just purchased Kamware's ThemeMaker SE for Windows Mobile 2003. When I try to open it, I get a small message box that says across the top "Error in Module 1: Sub Main", and in the box "Out of Memory (Error #7)". I'm using Windows XP Pro with P4 2.4GB processor, 1GB RAM, 47GB free space on my hard drive. The task manager shows CPU usage at 2%. I downloaded the trial version ThemeMaker on my other computer and got no error message when I opened it. All other programs seem to work normally.

Can anyone help?
