Some kind of problem with my Network...gah..

Hello guys! Splendid help on this forum!
I'm not so good at english but I'll try to explain as good as possible!

My problem is that after I made som changes with the network connections my internet suddenly did'nt work!

The thing is that all IP:s should be right, because I have exactly the same config as my other computer running through the same router.
Except for the local ip for that computer of course.

AND I can ping to example google.com in commandpromt!
But I cannot surf the net in Opera or Explorer!
Sometimes I can connect to MSN messenger, but I cannot write to someone only if someone writes to me first.

When looking at the connection it says that I'm sending a whole lot of bytes but getting very few....

Please help! I'm been scratching my hair to pieces the last days....

hmm, I don't know if it has something to do with the problem but at the same time this problem showed I also been having to log in when starting up XP! Never had to do that before!

Is this issue present in both computers ? If not, did you ever think of changing your network card on computer with problem ?

Same problem!

any other advices?

What changes to your network connection did you make? If you undo those changes, do things work again?

Have you scanned for and removed spyware?

I did undo them but It did'nt work!
And I also did the winsock reinstall/repair!

Yep scanned and removed!

So weird because when both of the computers is running and "online" to the router the computer that internet work on doesn't work no more!
hmm weird sentence.. the computer that internet works on is not working while the "problem computer" is running!
