Having trouble on Startup

The computer is P4, XP Pro, and got 3 hard drives. So...the problem is like this: It's works okay on displays the P4 logo, and XP Pro logo. But just right before the User Accounts appear, the screen suddenly go back to restart the window by itself. And it's just keep running like this. It never gets to the User Accounts mode. Can anyone here tell me why is this happening and the way to fix this?? ThankzZZ alot.
