Can't ping or access a certain website.. HELP!

Hello,
I'm using WinXP SP1, ZA, NAV, DSL, and I don't have any other kind of blocking software. IE version is: 6.0.2800, and whenever I try to access http://www.misticriver.net, I get 'The page cannot be displayed' error. Also, if I ping the address, I get the 'Ping request could not find host www.misticriver.net. Please check the name and try again' error.

This is what I've done so far:
-I've emptied the TIF, history, cookies, checked for spyware/adware with Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware, still no luck. I’ve also tried accessing the site with FireFox and MSN Explorer.
-I've also done everything this site says: http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm
-I tried disabling NAV and ZA, still no luck.
-Checked my hosts file, and it's not listed. It's not in the restricted sites, either.
-I tried doing the 'ipconfig /flushdns' command, and I got the 'Windows IP Configuration. Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache' message, but still no joy.
-I imported the DNS registry key from: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (line 68). But it didn't work, and I still can't ping the address. I've noticed that if I type www.misticriver.net , MSN Search shows up and I get the 'We can't find "www.misticriver.net"' error. And if I type http://www.misticriver.net or http://www.misticriver.net/ , I get 'The page cannot be displayed' error.

Thanks for any suggestions,

Try "control panel" > network connections > right click on the current Lan connection you use and select "repair".
Failing that, you could try deleting the connection and creating a new one.

Just an idea!
