Set a router,want to network

Okay, Well my problem is, i just bought a motorola wr850g and a pci card, My computer is connected to the internet via ethernet cable to the wireless router, my brothers computer is connected to the same router via Wireless pci card. The internet is setup and working fine, both our computers can surf the web flawlessly. I was wondering if and how i can establish a network connection between the both of us, so we can use and share the same files on eachothers computer e.g borrow a music file off his computer or run microsoft word. Does anyone know how to do this? thanks in adavance

Here some lead to get you started. Since you both are the network then you are more then half way there ....
Are far as sharing the Microsoft word goes, that's a NO NO... Can't do, you MUST install the application in both computer in order to be able to open a Word file.
