Try this:
1. Go to My Computer>Tools menu>Folder Options.
2. On the View tab, make sure "Hide extensions for known file types" and "Hide protected operating system files" are both unchecked; that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
3. Click OK.
4. Go to Start>Run. Type "%windir%\inf" (Without quotes) in the Open field. Click OK. (Or navigate to the C:\Windows\Inf folder in either My Computer or Windows Explorer, whichever you prefer)
5. Locate the file "sr.inf" Right-click it and left click Install (If there is no Install option, you've clicked on "sr.pnf" by mistake).
