Can't print e-mails

I recently had a message to uninstall and re-install Norton antivirus which I did. Since then I have not been able to print e-mails or save attachments. Also cannot open e-mails in my hotmail account unless I go onto Netscape.

Tried uninstalling Norton and reinstalling it again - no luck.

Any ideas?

Try to reinstall the most up-to-date print driver. Go and download the most current windows updates if any. btw, what browser are you currently using that you can not open and view email? If opera or mozilla/firefox try to reinstall them. Update Norton and if none of that works try to use system restore.

I can open my e-mails, just can't print anything. I have installed latest print driver. I use IE6 - Can't get updates from microsoft - when I visit those pages they are blank unless I use Netscape and then it tells me I need IE6 which I've got, but is blank!! I have updated Norton as well!!
