Spikes and Slow downloads.
I'm using windows xp professional. JUst reformatted. Everything seems to work fine but when it comes to games... it sometimes spikes and i cannot host games in warcraft 3. Downloads take forever to finish. I've used adware, spyware doctor, Antivir antivirus and also AVG anti virus. Everyday it seems to lag and i have to run spywares and stuff. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you.
