password a folder?

Is it possible in XP to password protect only certain folders? If so, how? I dont want to create user accounts but I might want to keep snooping people out of certain stuff.

Try this if it works, open the folder and choose share the folder and select deny all in the access option. all users has no access on your folder except the owner of the folder or the current user that set this option.

Or you could use user accounts and encrypt the folder. Therefore anyone other than you won't be able to view the contents.
