INFURIATING printer problems
hi all,
I have been screwed over by the windows xp printer queue for the last time! I am running windows xp pro, with a 4 year old HP printer. When printing a document and a problem occurs I attempt to delete the document from the printing queue. It says deleting and never deletes it!!! Not even when i log off!!! I eventually realised that i had to turn the printer off. Obviously the printer has some kind of memory which the operating system does'nt adjust when it deletes.
How can I effectively remove a document from the printing queue, without unplugging my entire system??
