Language Support

I need to configure my computer to work with Japanese, but I do not have the Windows XP CD.

An example of some needed files:
kbdlk41j.dll
imepadsv.exe
imepadsm.dll
imepaden.hlp
padrs411.dll
agt0411.dll
agt0411.hlp
ksc.nls
c_1361.nls
The list goes on...

Hopefully someone knows if/where I can all necessary files?
