Norton blocked senders list question

I have Norton Antivirus with email / spam blocking. My question is this: After a year, I have built up hundreds of addresses on my blocked senders list. Now that I have to renew and reload my Norton, will I have to start over? Or can I somehow transfer these to my new Norton?
