Angry XP & IE 6.0 can't accept cookies!!

I'm having similar issues. XP came already installed with IE 6.0 and I'm unable to access expedia.com (and some other sites, too). I deleted all cookies, then tried again & that didn't work. Added expedia.com to the "accept website" field -- didn't work. I've lowered the security levels and done everything I can think of on this. I've searched msn and didn't see any solutions, either. So.. Help, please!

1. Your ISP might have blocked the website.
2. Your anti-virus software might be blocking it.
3. Might be a surf control software like SurfWatch or Cyber Patrol installed on your computer?
