XP Locking Up Error (102) 1003

I have had this problem ever since i built my computer. I will work fine for days sometimes and all of a sudden it will lock up and give me the blue screen. This is some of the error code

Error code 00000076, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 816feb30, parameter3 00000001, parameter4 00000000
Category: 102
EventID: 1003

When it locks up i get this message

I tried different memory, vid card, installing new motherboard drivers and nothing works. Any help would be great.

It is being caused by a device driver.

Here is an article to help you find what drive is causing it.

Once you find the driver, you can work on a solution.

do you have any symantec (norton) programs and nero incd running as i used to get error 1003 untill i uninstalled nero incd

Thanks for the help everyone...i put this in the registry and im going to see what happens now
