XP resolution problem

Hi, when I booted my machine up this morning, my resolution had changed itself from 1024x768 down to 900x600, now 1024 isnt in the settings menu. Im running a GeForce FX5600 128MB. I have already tried reinstalling the drivers, and system restore, and neither work, help!!
