Add/Remove Programs

I have 17 entries in the Add/remove list. None of these are in the registry settings for install or uninstall. I have tried 7 programs to remove them from the list. None of the programs include these in their program.

How can these be removed.
NOTE: These do not have the capability "change/remove" They only say "used rarely". Where do these show up in the registry so I can delete them?

I recommend a program called Reg Supreme. Very easy to use, inexpensize, has a 30 day trial. I was able to clean up some equally stubborn crap that I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get rid of. You can find it here: http://www.macecraft.com/

This program won't do it either. However, I do like the program. I thought I had the best "Registry cleaner" . This one is better. Thx.
