HDD Crash during xp home installation

Hi Ya my new 160 gb harddrive crash after 30 min into window home xp installation and when i turn it of it says put installation disk back in and after 10 min it crash again can sum one plz help!!! It also says cant install drivers???? what have i done!!! Can u plz give me step by step
