Windows XP STOP Error

Question Windows XP STOP Error

I have my computer with
INTEL DESKTOP BOARD D845GVSR
Intel Pentium IV 1.8 GHz Processor
128 MB RAM
40 GB Samsung Harddisk
Windows XP with SP1.


My computer show STOP error when it shows to desktop. or sometimes at
the login window processing. I have changed RAM, Hard disk but still i
have the same problem. I have tried installing windows 2003 server,
windows xp both the OS has same error.. I have all drivers installed
correctly. I don't know wot to do next... please anyone can help me
out...

Please copy the STOP Message exactly as it appears, if the PC is rebooting to right after the stop error. Right Click My Computer->Properties->Advanced->Start UP and Recovery->Unckeck Automatically Restart under System Failure, then write down the error so we can take a look at it.

well i replaced my power box and CPU ... and that problem hasn't come yet.. will post again if that error comes..
