installing WinXP Pro

I try to install windows XP by using a win 98 startup disk and then going to e:\i386\winnt then it says that it is copying files to the hard drive. After that when the computer restarts and continues the instalation I press enter and then it says i'm missing the eula agreement. How can I install win xp on a machine without windows?

if your hard drive is brand new or if you want to load win xp. there are 2 ways:

1. if your cdrom drive is bootable (new drives are), go into your bios and change the boot sequence, the first is cdrom and the second is your IDE (hard drive). then put your xp cd in and start your comp, go through the instruction on the screen to partition/format your HD and install windows.

2. if your cdrom is not bootable, go to microsoft site and download the make disk program they have to create 6 bootable floppies for win xp, and then use them to install your win xp. you cannot use win98 start up disk to install windows xp.

I got the installation started but when all the files needed for setup were copied and the installation was getting started it said the EULA agreement (I think the agreement for installing windows xp). Any idea's why this is comming up. I made this disk to include SP1 with nero and followed the names exactly.
