Restoring programs

Is there any way to restore a single program without changing your whole computer to a previous date? Thanks for checking (or answering) this post ^_^

Not that I know of. Normally you uninstall and reinstall if the program is giving you trouble. Which program is it?

Movie Maker

It's Windows Movie Maker, as soon as I click in the storyboard area (or timeline) the program completely closes on me

Windows dos'nt make it easy to remove their own components. I would try updating to version 2 if you hav'nt already. Or a system restore may be in order. Check this link for more info.

I am wondering if you can do a repair on movie maker like you can with outlook and IE.
