The problem is your Router, or should I say your Router Configuration
The IP address you posted is an Automatic Private Address that is assign {by Windows} when a NIC be it wire/wireless doesn't receive an IP from the DHCP Server{your router}. OK enough blah blah blah
Here how you correct this problem :
1st: once your Nic[wire/wireless] receives their IP Address[automatic private address] right click on the NIC and click on [status/support] the write down the MAC Address for all the NIC you have for all the computer that are going to be using your router.
2nd: Once that's done you'll need to find that one computer that was assign the right IP address it will say [assign by DHCP: 192.168.X.X] you'll need this computer to access your router [on Netgear routers it's
http://192.168.0.1] you'll need to know your router logon name and password the default one came with your router manual unless you've created your own when you setup your router. OK Logon to your router
3rd: click on you basic setting/ wireless setting [depends on the which NIC your using] in your wirless setting make sure you click on SETUP ACCESS LIST or it may say WIRELESS CARD ACCESS LIST and just start adding those MAC Address in, you may even see the MAC address listed now all you'll have to do is just add it to the list click APPLY, also make sure all the Security Encryption(WEP) is the same on NIC's
One the router nows to grant access to those MAC addresses the computer with [Autoconfiguration IP address: 169.254.247.139 Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0] will automatically be assign IP Address by DHCP.
Hope this helps you out.
