Clock in User Tray

I am running XP Pro. Can anyone suggest a way I can get the digital clock in my user tray to show seconds as well as the hour and minutes - the digital clock in the date and time properties window you reach by double clicking on the clock in the user tray shows the time the way I want it.

I think you need a third party replacement for that. I haven't seen any reg hacks to do it.
